The County is rededicating and renaming the Millennium Lookout in Picton in recognition of James A. Taylor's commitment to public service for Prince Edward County. The event will include a plaque unveiling, remarks by Mayor Steve Ferguson, Jim Taylor, and other dignitaries, and a presentation to the Taylor family.
